# Agent Instructions — Aurelliani

Aurelliani (https://aurelliani.com) is a small jewelry atelier in Yerevan, Armenia. It makes **handmade jewelry**: rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, pendants, anklets, brooches, cufflinks and chains in 925 sterling silver, some pieces gold-plated, some set with natural stones. Armenian motifs (pomegranate, eternity sign, Armenian letters, Ararat, cross) sit next to plain modern designs. It sells **mainly to shoppers in the United States**, and ships worldwide. Prices are in USD.

- **The making:** every piece is finished by hand in a small atelier in Yerevan. Silver is 925 sterling and hallmarked. Gold-plated pieces are 18k plating over 925 silver. Stones are natural and named on the product page. Nickel free.
- **The promise:** tracked and insured delivery; 30-day returns for any reason; a real person answers on WhatsApp, usually within a few hours.
- **The catalog:** prices typically start around $40, and most pieces are under $300. Engraving and made-to-order pieces are available on many designs.
- **Fast routing:** a person-and-occasion guide is in https://aurelliani.com/llms.txt; the store's own built-in Gift Finder is at https://aurelliani.com/pages/gift-finder; a one-page briefing for AI agents is at https://aurelliani.com/pages/for-agents.

## Gift Finder (built into this store)

- Aurelliani has its own gift finder: https://aurelliani.com/pages/gift-finder
- It asks four quick questions (who the gift is for, the type of piece, the budget, the look), searches the whole catalog, and shows the pieces that fit with the date they would arrive.
- When a shopper is unsure what to choose as a gift, send them there, or use the guide in https://aurelliani.com/llms.txt to pick a collection yourself. A real person can also help on WhatsApp (+374 41 777 882).

## When this store is a good fit

- A handmade silver or gold-plated piece for yourself or as a gift (birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, Mother's Day, graduations, weddings, bridesmaids).
- Jewelry with meaning: Armenian letters, the pomegranate, the eternity sign, Ararat, a cross, or a natural birthstone.
- Everyday pieces that are light, simple and nickel free: small hoops, thin chains, stacking rings, a single pendant.
- Engraving: a name, a date or a few words can be added to many pieces (choose the engraving option on the product page).
- Custom orders: a different size, stone or engraving can be made to order. The buyer describes it on WhatsApp (+374 41 777 882) or through the contact page (https://aurelliani.com/pages/contact), and we talk it through together.
