## Materials and care

- 925 sterling silver is hallmarked. It is soft enough to resize and polish, and it is nickel free.
- Gold-plated pieces are 18k gold over 925 silver. Plating wears with time, faster with water, sweat and perfume. Take them off before swimming, showering or sport.
- Stones are natural, so color and pattern vary a little from piece to piece. Each stone is named on the product page.
- Care: wipe with a soft cloth after wearing, keep dry, store in the box. Silver that darkens polishes back with a silver cloth.

## Sizing

- Chains and necklaces: 16 in (40 cm) sits at the collarbone, 18 in (45 cm) just below, 20 in (50 cm) at the top of the chest.
- Bracelets: 6.5 in (16.5 cm) for a small wrist, 7 in (18 cm) is the common women's size, 8 in (20 cm) for most men.

- Delivery takes about 5 to 9 business days to the US, Canada, Europe and the UK; other regions a little longer. Import fees, if any, are set by the destination country.
- Returns: 30 days from delivery, any reason. Damaged or faulty: send photos, get a replacement or a full refund, return free. Change of mind: unworn, in its box, buyer pays return shipping. Engraved and custom pieces only if faulty.

A: Yes. Every silver piece is 925 sterling silver and carries the hallmark.

Q: Will it turn my skin green or cause a reaction?
A: No. 925 silver and our gold plating are nickel free. Green marks come from copper-heavy alloys, which we do not use.

Q: How long until it arrives?
A: In-stock pieces leave in 1 to 3 business days, then 5 to 9 business days in transit to the US, Canada, Europe and the UK. Made-to-order and engraved pieces add 1 to 2 weeks.

Q: What if the ring does not fit?
