What is the return policy?
You can return any order within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, send us a few photos and we replace it or refund you in full.
Can I ask about a piece before I buy?
Of course. Message us on WhatsApp at +374 41 777 882. We are happy to send more photos, help with sizing and engraving, and answer any question.
When will I get my order?
In-stock pieces ship in 1–3 business days; made-to-order and engraved pieces take 1–2 weeks. Delivery then takes about 5–9 business days to the US, Canada, Europe and the UK, tracked and insured.
Where are your pieces made?
In Yerevan, Armenia. Every piece is made and finished by hand in our own atelier, in 925 sterling silver or gold-plated silver.
